About the CCEDC
The Clarion County Economic Development Corporation is 501(c) 3 charitable non-profit organization, which means your membership fees are tax deductible. For more than 30 years, our mission has been to work with existing and prospective wealth generating companies to create and keep family sustaining jobs in Clarion County. We work as a network partner to assist businesses in securing financing, finding land resources and workforce development opportunities.
Our Staff
The CCEDC staff listed below are dedicated to economic development in Clarion County and would like to assist your business:
Executive Director: Bradford R. Ehrhart
During his 22 years of experience in economic development in Pennsylvania, Brad has been a leader in securing more than $300 million dollars in new industry investment, including the $40 million dollar Grove City Factory Shops. Brad holds a Masters of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie-Mellon University and a B.A. in History and Economics from Duquesne University.
Economic Development Specialist: Debbie McNerney
Debbie McNerney has most recently worked for the past 8 years as a licensed real estate agent in Venango Couty. She has 10 years experience as an administrative assistant where she worked with A/R, A/P, insurances, and H/R. She recently returned to Clarion University where she obtained her Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration/Real Estate. She resides in Franklin with her partner Ron and two German Shepard Dogs. She looks forward to helping Clarion County businesses meet their growing economic needs.
Administrative Assistant: Mary Jo Ford
Mary Jo, who has 30 years of experience and is a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), undertakes all of the CCEDC’s office administration and bookkeeping. Mary Jo graduated from Valparaiso University with a BA and from Assist University as a Certified Virtual Assistant.
